Tukur said this in a petition addressed to Bauchi INEC office obtained by Veloxnews on Monday.

The lawmaker added that it’s a gross violation of the Nigerian constitution for INEC to relocate collation centre away from Zwall with the allege tacit support of the All Progressives Congress.

“As a representative of my people in Tafawa Balewa, I should be officially contacted, including Speaker Yakubu Dogara for any political decision by INEC and I caution the electoral body not to relocate the collation centre to avoid violence,” said Tukur.

According to Tukur, INEC’s decision is viewed as an attempt to truncate democracy and to Jeopardize the peaceful co-existence of our people.
