Manchester United midfielder, Ander Herrera has advised the club that the only way for them to end the season in a top-four position is to forget about the Premier League table and approach the Arsenal game on Wednesday night like a Cup final.
Herrera said this following United’s 2-2 draw with Southampton on Saturday in the Premier League encounter.
Jose Mourinho’s side are currently occupying the seventh position on Premier League log, with 22 points from 14 games.
The Red Devils are six points behind fourth place, Chelsea on English topflight League table so far this campaign.
“We want to be in the top four and at the moment we are far from it,” Herrera told Match of the Day.
“We should forget right now about the table, we should try to win every game.
“That’s how we will reach the top four. We should approach the Arsenal game like a final.”
