Arsenal legend Ian Wright has named Marcus Rashford as the reason behind Manchester United’s good results this season.
Ian Wright lauded Rashford after the England star scored once again in their 3-1 FA Cup win over Everton.
The 24-year-old scored the third goal as the Red Devils cruised to a 3-1 victory over the Toffees at Old Trafford.
Rashford is now the first Manchester United player to score in seven consecutive home games in all competitions since Wayne Rooney in 2012.
Rashford has been in superb form since the 2022-23 campaign following the arrival of Erik ten Hag.
He played 23 matches for the Red Devils, scoring 12 goals and producing four assists.
“He is in a different frame of mind,” Wright told ITV about Rashford.
“The manager has come in [this summer] and is playing a brand of football that suits him.
“He knows exactly what he is doing. He is one of the main reasons behind what they are doing.”
